Counseling and Psychotherapy
Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) is an evidence-based, experiential approach that helps people get to the root of emotional distress. Many clients experience rapid and lasting improvement as they uncover the underlying causes of depression, anxiety, self-sabotaging behaviors, relationship difficulties, medically unexplained physical symptoms, chronic pain, and more.
Diane integrates ISTDP techniques into personalized virtual counseling sessions, tailored to your unique needs and goals. With skill and empathy, she supports clients in working through unconscious emotions and anxiety—helping them move beyond what’s causing their suffering and reconnect with relief, joy, and a deeper sense of fulfillment.
Healing through ISTDP takes commitment, but you don’t have to do it alone. With a therapeutic relationship grounded in respect, compassion, and determination, meaningful change is possible.

Neurofeedback
Diane offers a safe, non-invasive form of neurofeedback that supports healing across a wide range of symptoms and conditions.
This highly effective approach has helped clients of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, mood swings, traumatic brain injury (TBI), concussion, ADHD/ADD, behavioral challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorders, cognitive impairment and decline, concentration, addiction, anger or emotional reactivity, chronic stress, chronic headaches, migraines, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and more.
When brainwave activity is suppressed, it can disrupt the central nervous system (CNS), leading to emotional, cognitive, or physical symptoms. Neurofeedback gently encourages the brain to lift this suppression, allowing it to “reboot” or reorganize itself. As a result, the brain becomes more flexible and functions more efficiently.
Neurofeedback is a safe, non-invasive alternative to medication—and a powerful tool for restoring balance and well-being.
